I guess you may need to move him to a larger hospital tank, disinfect the water, don’t add salt yet, and put stress coat in there, keep up with water change, give him an airstone, crush the pellets and mix them with CZ clear and water then feed with the syringe comes with CZ clear, keep feeding him, he may reject the food at least he gets some in his stomach.
